Your responsibilities:


Perform annual audit planned IT audit mission independently for both Luxembourg Branch and the Group. including its 6 subordinate branches in EU countries;

Participate in annual planned audit projects as requested by the Head of Internal Audit;

Coordinate with the external auditor for the annual audit-related work both on-site and off-site on request;

Conduct follow-up of corrections over findings detected by internal and external auditors;

Operate special assignments on request;

Handle inwards and outwards audit confirmation independently;

Deal with various auditing related work on requests.


Your profile:


University/Master degree majoring in Accounting or Audit preferable;

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT audit in IT related company or in ‘Big Four’ would be an advantage;

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities:

  • Identify, follow up and analyse prudential regulatory changes (mainly CRR, CRD, BRRD,).

We are seeking to hire an Investment Compliance Officer/Manager for the Luxembourgish office of our client, who will report directly to the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer. You will be responsible for the implementation, monitoring, and analysis of the investment restrictions rules for the funds (UCITS mainly + some hedge funds) managed internally by the Management Company. You will liaise directly with the investment managers of the funds to solve and prevent issues, as well as collaborate with internal departments. Requirements


• Master’s degree or Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline

Our client, The SuperManCo of a prestigious banking group, is looking for a highly motivated individual with knowledge in the Luxembourg fund industry to strengthen its Investment Management team dedicated to AIFs. The focus will be given to Real Estate, Infrastructure and Private Equity asset classes.


The Portfolio Manager will implement the portfolio management policies and procedures of the AIFM and will report directly to the Head of Non-Financial Assets.
As a Portfolio Manager you will be responsible for a wide range of activities:

Initial Due Diligence and set-up phase

• Work in coordination with the Risk Management and Client Relationship Management teams for the on-boarding of new mandates;
• Perform initial and on-going Due Diligence over the investment managers/investment advisors and underlying portfolio to be potentially transferred;
• Review or draft fund documentation and perform due diligence of any existing portfolio to be retained within the new/existing fund structure.

On-going Management of the Fund

• Collaborate closely with investment managers/investment advisors and other external parties for the day-to-day management of Investment structures for which the ManCo is appointed Portfolio Manager (regular physical meeting, calls…);
• Assess investment proposals and monitor the existing portfolio of assets (Private Equity, Real Estate, Debt) considering their potential impact;
• Coordinate and supervise external advisors during the full investment process (from acquisition to exit);
• Active participation to both BMI and Fund Investment Committees following investment/divestment;

Reporting

Your responsibilities:


 Identify, follow up and analyze prudential regulatory changes (mainly CRR/CRR II, SREP, BCBS239);
 Perform impact analysis on regulatory changes and apply these changes into efficient risk management requirements;
 Lead and coordinate the implementation of the Bank’s projects in the fields of risk data management and regulatory reporting automation;
 Provide team members with support on risk identification (broad range of risks), assessment, control, and reporting;
 Support and assist the department with the completion of the ICAAP, Recovery Plan, Stress testing, AnaCredit, risk reports;
 Other related work assigned by the Management and the supervisor.


Your profile:


 University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or similar education with IT background;
 Fluent in English both spoken and written;
 Minimum 4-years professional experience in risk management or data management position in a commercial bank or in a consulting firm;
 Sound knowledge of prudential and regulatory requirements in the European banking sector is essential (CSSF rules, Basel 3/CRD IV&V, BCBS239);
 Professional experience in business intelligence, particularly in the fields of data management and statistical analysis;
 Strong willingness to learn new business and technology knowledge in the banking industry;
 Ability to understand and interpret complex rules framework;
 Ability to work independently and take initiative, set priorities and see projects through to completion;
 Good ability of data processing using MS Excel Macro, VBA or other programming tools;
 Excellent communication skills, with technical and business functions.

In order to strengthen its Asset Liabilities Management department, we are looking for an ALM officer.


Your responsibilities:


 Draft the annual asset & liability plan, regularly monitor the evolution of balance sheet of the Bank;
 Conduct NIM (Net Interest Margin) management to keep the Bank in line with the financial target;
 Construct, maintain, and upgrade the ALM model of the Bank (incl. Volume and structure analysis module, liquidity management module, IRRBB management module, FX risk management module and FTP module, etc);
 Develop all kind of tools on basis of ALM model of the Bank to optimize utilization of funds;
 Regularly conduct stress test with historical and hypothetical scenarios and use the result to propose adjustment and improvement measures for ALM;
 Draft all kinds of reports related to ALM topic;
 Assume other tasks assigned by the Head or Deputy Head of the ALM Department.

Your profile:


 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or Economy;
 Fluent in English, French, German or any additional language would be considered as an advantage;
 At least 3-years of experience as "ALM analyst" or in overall risk management/liquidity risk management/financial analysis data analysis related field is preferred; Knowledge of Corporate/Investment Banking is a plus;
 CFA will be considered as a strong asset;
 Very good IT skills (SQL);
 Strong analysis skills;
 Self-driven and proactive;
