Client relationship & Sales representative

Our client is a well-established and fast-growing trading platform, located in Luxembourg.
Due to its development, we are looking for a new German-speaking Client Relationship and Sales representative.
Tasks & responsibilities
– Expand client base through sales activities such as contacting new leads.
– Respond to general client queries using Bold chat, telephone, email and Salesforce.
– Provide customers expert technical support and answer queries related to our products.
– Establish new relationship with prospective clients and business partners, as well as maintain excellent client relationship.
– Assist with planning and executing Sales & Support plans.
Technical skills
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance
– A first experience in a client service/sales/middle office department
– Very good written and spoken English and German
– Knowledge of CRM systems e.g. Salesforce
– Knowledge of CFD markets and derivative products
– Knowledge of MetaTrader 4 & 5 platforms is a strong asset
